How I Help | Ahtasham Liaqat

How I Can help

Every marriage gets stuck somewhere. Most couples I work with still care deeply about each other, they've just lost the shared way of handling what life keeps throwing at them.

  • In-law & family pressure

Caught between a parent and a spouse, or having every decision questioned by someone outside the marriage.

A united way to handle family, without choosing sides.

  • The same argument, again

It starts small, one of you goes quiet, the other gets louder, and nothing ever really gets resolved.

A clear way to stop the spiral and repair faster.

  • Feeling like roommates

The house, the kids and the bills are handled, but the closeness and time for each other have quietly faded.

Small daily rituals that make you a team again.

  • Arranged & early marriage

Still getting to know each other, or finding expectations about roles and closeness only showed up after the wedding.

A strong foundation, built on purpose.

  • When only one of you is ready

Your partner won't come to sessions or doesn't see a problem. You can still start, on your own.

Change your part, and the whole relationship moves.

  • Distance & life changes

A spouse working abroad, a new baby, a move to a new city. Big changes can pull a good marriage apart.

Habits of connection that travel with you.

Why couples choose to work with Ahtasham Liaqat

Reaching out about your marriage takes courage. Here is what you can expect from the moment you do.

  • Understood first

You won't be treated as a problem to fix. I take time to understand what's really happening, even when it's hard to put into words.

  • Clinically trained

A qualified clinical psychologist and academic supervisor who has worked with 270+ individuals and couples across Pakistan.

  • A clear, structured method

Not open-ended talking. The C.A.R.E. Method gives you a step-by-step plan, week by week, with real tools you use at home.

  • I never take sides

My loyalty is to your relationship, not to whoever argues harder. Both of you get heard, fairly and honestly.

  • Completely private

What you share stays between us. Online or in person, no one outside your marriage ever needs to know you came.

  • Made for life in Pakistan

Joint families, in-law expectations and "log kya kahenge" pressure are part of the work here, not something I ask you to ignore.

270+ individuals & couples supported
  • We had the same argument every week for two years. After a few sessions we finally understood what we were actually fighting about. Home feels calm again.

    Ayesha & HamzaLahore Couple
  • My husband wasn't ready to come, so I started alone. I learned to change my part, and slowly he started changing his. I didn't think that was possible.

    Sana R.Islamabad Solo enrollment
  • The in-law pressure was pulling us apart. We now handle family decisions together, as a team, without either of us feeling we chose sides.

    Bilal & MehwishKarachi Couple
  • Working abroad made us feel like strangers. The sessions gave us small daily habits that kept us close across the distance.

    Usman K.Dubai Online sessions
  • He never took sides, not once. For the first time we both felt heard in the same room. That alone changed how we talk at home.

    Hira & FahadRawalpindi Couple
  • I was nervous about anyone finding out. Everything was private and respectful. I left every session feeling lighter and understood.

    Nida S.Peshawar Private coaching
  • Yes. You can join on your own. A relationship runs on a pattern between two people, and when one person changes their part of that pattern, the whole relationship starts to shift. Many couples begin this way, and the other partner often joins later.

  • No, never. My loyalty is to your relationship and to the truth in the room, not to whoever argues harder. Both of you will be heard fairly, and neither of you will be blamed.

  • Completely. Nothing you share leaves our sessions. No one outside your marriage, including family, ever needs to know you are working with me.

  • The C.A.R.E. Method runs for 6 to 8 weeks, with one session each week. The 6-week program covers the full method. The 8-week option adds a 30-day check-in and extra support to help the changes last.

  • We start by understanding you, not fixing you. I map out the specific pattern your relationship keeps getting stuck in, and you leave with a one-page Pattern Map that we build on for the rest of the program.

  • Yes. Sessions are available online and in person across Pakistan. Online sessions work well for couples in different cities, or when one partner is working abroad.

  • Show up to every session and do the homework. If you don't feel a real shift in how the relationship works by the end of your program, we keep working together, at no extra cost, until you do.

  • This program is built for couples who still care about each other but feel stuck. If there is abuse, addiction or ongoing infidelity, a different kind of support will serve you better, and I will personally point you towards it.

For couples who still love each other

Ready to take the first step?

Reaching out isn't a failure. It means you still care.

You don't need to have everything figured out before we talk. If you still care about your relationship but keep ending up in the same place, a short, private conversation is a good place to start. We'll look at what's happening and whether this is the right fit for you.
